I know, at least from some experience, that going through the TA & Sales looking for a few specific wants can be a daunting task, especially for rarer or jank cards. Is there anyway the TA and Sales forum could employ a Trade matcher type thing, something working along these guidelines:

1. Take my Wants section from my HW List
2. Cross my Wants with all the Topics denoted as Sales Lists (thus, removing the incongruity with Trade Auctions and how they work) and thus it would give me a list, if any, of the cards on sale in this topic that have cards I need.

The same could be done with sales list, but vice versa:
1. Take my Haves section from my HW List
2. Cross my Haves with all the topics denotes as Buy Lists (thus again, removing any incongruities with T/As and Sales as well), giving me a list of cards this person wants to buy that I have.

I know it may be a daunting task, one that may not be feasible at all, but as always, just a suggestion.
The only problem would be dealing with people who add credit lists, but if they use an [exclude] tag, they won't be included in the Buy/Sell Matcher.

The problem I see is that there are no tags to denote what is an "item for sale" and what is an item someone is buying in the TA forum. HW lists have fields for each of those terms, which is what I assume the trade matcher uses to build the lists.

People often put sale and buy items on TA posts, which would only confuse any program. If we tried tags, many people would likely ignore them. Some have a hard enough time reading the rules.

I've never had problems just using the search function in the TA forum. Most of the time you can tell from the title if someone is buying or selling the card you enter.

100% CORRECT People dont correctly tag their post ( sale list etc.)

The search function works fine although it is alittle more work but if your buying that much just post a buylist.
