I don't know if this was ever brought up but shouldn't
the MOTL creators add a contact list in our PM logs ?
I get fed up of keeping messages to contact my current
trading associates . You could just click add to list and then no more need to search the memberlist for
hours untill you find the concerned person's details .
Also ideal if you intend to trade again with them.

You should be keeping records of all your trades including every email sent and the contact information for anyone you deal with. You should also keep records concerning what was traded or bought from them so that you can potentially resolve issues that may come up in the future (such as lost reference lists).
Outlook will allow you to save everything you get from anyone you even discuss a trade with. So will ACT.
If you don't have either of those programs, then I am sure there are other programs out there that will work just as well.
You shouldn't expect someone else to do this for you. If you do, you will be disappointed sooner or later.
As an example, my reference list was lost twice and was unrecoverable both times. This happened to me even though I was a Moderator here at the time. So keep your own records or suffer the consequences.
