I'm not sure how UBB software works, but if there was a way to allow either of them to make improvements either to the site, or just the forum, I think they should be able to make them. I trust their judgement in such affairs. And I can't imagine anyone who doesn't.

And to nip this type of discussion in the bud, I don't mean for this to be an "ode to nder/bolty" kind of suggestion. I honestly think nder or bolty being able to do more would be nothing short of a benefit to MOTL.

I would be for either of them being admin, I'm just not sure if Bolty wants it, or has the time.

Not that Leshie and Inca aren't doing an outstanding job, of course. But, the more people that can help upgrade the site and take care of minor issues when they have other things to do/worry about, would be a good thing.
