(considering how many people want to buy staples, when you search for people selling cards buy lists gum up the search)

The only way that would work is to completely revamp the T/A and Sales forum to match the H/W style, with a separate section on each list for wants and haves.

It wouldn't be that bad, but revamping an entire forum is going to take some time. I'm not sure where on the priority list something like this would fall.

That wouldn't help, since it is quite common for one list to be used for more than 1 type of list, given the 1 thread per forum rule.

Should be easy, but not sure that MSN would be my first choice. I would prefer Google Talk addresses, but maybe a more open format would be good where people can add usernames for a variety of messenger services.
