I was just wondering if it's possible to specify on the confirmed bad traders list so people can know if they've been confirmed for ripping or bad trading practices as it makes a huge difference

Only rippers are listed on the Confirmed Bad Trader list. Even if a bad trading practices case results in their being banned due to accumulated karma, they won't be placed in the CBT.
