It occurred to me that it would be a lot easier to browse people's long lists if cards of different colors could be colored as such. For example, if you sort your list by set (like I do) then you wouldn't need to have a subsection for each color in each set (which can get really messy); rather you could just color the card names. There's a foils tag that lets you put cards in yellow highlighting, would it be possible to incorporate a tag that puts them in red or green? It would be really handy if you could color your list in like that; it would definitely make browsing easier.

makes for more difficult reading. You might sort by set and it would be useful but a lot sort by color or by price.

Well it's not like you'd be forced to use it; it would just be a nice option to have open. I don't think it would make reading more difficult if the right color shades were used.

I really don't like the idea of having a bunch of colors on lists. If they're strong enough colors to stand out enough for scanning lists, then they're just going to be an eyesore, IMO. If you order by sets, it's still going to be a pain to try and find stuff by color regardless of what the text looks like. I don't even want to think of trying to pick different colors for lands, artifacts, colorless, gold and foils that will be a sufficient contrast to each other and the main colors so as to be relatively easily distinguishable.

If someone's looking for a given card, they're going to ctrl-F. If they're just browsing, color isn't likely to matter.
