I have a suggestion. Make the columns in our list of references sortable. This way people can look at newer references instead of always seeing one bad ref first. This would allow traders to see that if someone has a low overall average score of ratings they can see if it is recent or in the past. It would also help to see if your own recent trades had ref checkers filled out easier. And you could sort by MOTL name as well.
