This has been an on-going issue for awhile. For example, my reference list which is made up of 100% MOTL members says that only 21 of them are.
Has there been any investigation as to why this happened or how it can be fixed?

I was wondering the same thing. Everyone that I have as a reference(albeit only 10), I have either traded with or bought from on MOTL, but only 3 of them show the MOTL username. Also, on some of their ref pages where I am a ref, it does not show my username either. Does anyone know why this is?

It's some kind of glitch. nouv knows about it and is working on the issue.
