hello,

completed succesfuly a trade with Murdersfaces1616 but we tried many times to leave me a ref but he can't receive succesfuly my email for some reason.
what we can do?
side note we both contacted with a mod but didn't get any help.

There was an issue with the reference system a while ago in which the emails weren't being generated. I don't know if that has been fixed or not. Even if it has, there's no telling what problems the other user may be having with their email, and, if their email is the issue, they can change their MOTL email address or solve any issues with receiving emails at their current email address. Otherwise, there's not much else for either of you to do.

Check your spam email folders. Sometimes the email generated by MOTL goes there. It's happened several times to me.
