Hi ! I just started to play legacy here so i dont know the meta at all. Im short on cash and wanted a competitive legacy deck that wont cost me a lot so here is what i have:

Creatures : 10
4x Goblin guide
4x Keldon Marauders
2x Hellspark elemental

Spells: 30
4x Lightning bolt
4x Chain lightning
4x Rift bolt
4x Lava spike
4x Fireblast
3x Flame rift
3x Price of progress
2x Volcanic fallout
2x Sulfuric vortex

Lands : 20
20x mountains

Sideboard :
4x Smash the smithereens
4x Red elemental blast
2x Volcanic fallout
2x Tormod's crypt
2x Anarchy
1x Price of progress
