Your collation of P3K is wrong. Boosters are 1 land, 2 uncs, 1 rare, and something commons (6/8?)

Another bug - CrapSnap (Coldsnap) has 1x snow land per pack.

The interface is beautiful, definitely the best of any draft simulator I've used. The AI, however, still needs quite a bit of work. I was already getting the sense that it under-valued white in M11, and that was confirmed when I got a Baneslayer Pack 1 Pick 3.

I took my older daughter to her first draft last night (she's 12). Although she kept a positive attitude all night, I could tell that she was frustrated by the process and it was tough to watch her across the table trying her best to build a deck from the weak 3-color pool she had drafted. We will definitely be using this together to build her skill (and mine)!

I wish this was real. I drafted a 2011 g/w deck that had 2 Sylvan Rangers, 1 Llanowar Elves, 1 Blinding Mage, 2 Excommunicates, a Fauna Shaman, 3 Duskdale Wurms and a Yavimaya Wurm hahaGreat simulator! __________________ (Humans) are stubborn, self-destructive conformists. Thanks for the Coldsnap catch...I've added a snow land to every pack.Yes, the AI does need some work. I know it seems crazy to get a baneslayer pick 3 pack 1...however, there are 30 cards rated higher, including doom blade(common) and fireball(U)...and the AI never bases it's picks on how many dollars are card is worth. That said, I think it needs to value mythics and rares more. Thanks again

For giggles I did a 6E draft and got 5 Pacifism, 2 Remove Soul, and 2 Counterspell. Go Go WU control. If you havent already you might want to massage the AI so it picks cards it will never see again (Baneslayer in p1p1) over cards it has a chance of seeing later (Doom Blade, other com/uncommons).

Nice, you're fast :P You beat these guys: http://draft.bestiaire.org/draft.phpAnyway the images in your draft are sorta small. Notice how bestiaire crops out the card borders so there's more space for the card? Makes it easier to read the text. Also they beat you with a new "create your deck" feature they've implemented a couple days ago which lets you pick your deck and export it into workstation/apprentice. Try it out and then make a better one : P

The images are small because they are the spoiler versions w/ big borders...they'll eventually be regular-sized, but it will take a little time.I have a long list of features to add, but I'm currently working on building a deckbuilder...it will definitely be better Thanks

I have to agree, you did such an awesome job with this. I even showed a friend of mine (who is not a MOTL member) when he was over the other day, and he IM'd me tonight and asked for the link! Keep it up! Sweet, thanks...I hope to add many features soon...next up is a deckbuilder.Sorry about the extra thread, I figured it was time sensitive since the prerelease hasn't even happened yet. What about future sets? Should I bump this thread up again or start a new one?...of course that is months away tho... Thanks again

I think I would just keep bumping this thread for new releases, but we'll have to take it as they come out. No worries, even I have made threads that shouldn't have been made. Spiritmonger vs. Morphling anyone? Thanks, Jazaray

I'm sure it's just because it's picking up data right now, but the AI seems to be really favoring artifacts over anything else in Scars packs. Yes, I know scars has a large number of artifacts...but I'm seeing good playable cards table when junk equipment in the pack doesn't make it back around.__________________ Wisconsin - smells like dairy air!

I think yer right...I had it thinking that any colorless spell is somewhat in the same color as the bot is...I've seriously lessened this adjustment. I thought this might be a problem...especially in an artifact heavy set.

question: does this take print-runs into account?

Not sure how it could, seeing as wotc doesnt release that info and no actual packs have been opened. Would assume it to be a random pack generator intended for fun. If you want to actually practice for something, draft IRL or on Mtgo.

No, the simulator doesn't take print runs into account. However, I would like to if somebody could point me towards a site that reliably prints that information. I've only been able to find anecdotal and unreliable print run info. Memnite is out there...he's been picked 215 times w/ an average rating of 3.27(!)

I wish more people could participate as the picks are based on the "average pick" and the colors that the AI is in.Edit: Talking about Scars of Mirrodin. __________________ "Someday, someone will best me. But it won't be today, and it won't be you."Are U Dumb? My Space

I'm not sure I understand your wishes. Do you mean you would like more humans in one draft? That is a feature I'm considering, but it would be fairly far down the road.

Scars of Mirrodin simulator has AI that picks cards that are based on Avg Picks right? I'm just saying because Scars simulator has just started, the AI doesn't really know what to pick and it kind of messes up the draft. For example, I was drafting this and saw the results. the 7 players had cards for all colors which means the AI is not consistent. It's not you to be blamed, I'm just encouraging more people to use the simulator so we can get a good feel on how to draft the set.__________________ "Someday, someone will best me. The bot AI definitely takes the colors of its previously picked cards into consideration when picking cards as well as several other factors. When I draft I often end up w/ some cards of each color since its often unavoidable near the end of any given pack, so I'm not surprised that the bot would also. That said, I have been balancing back and forth how much the AI should lean into its main colors as the draft goes on. I will take your comment to mean that it isn't leaning into its colors enough. Thanks for the feedback.
