Can a Royal Assassin destroy a creature after the creature has declared attacking but before it does damage? I'm sure this is a real old question here but we need to solve a debate.

This doesn't need its own thread. This belongs here: http://classic.magictraders.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/024405.htmland to answer your question, I do believe yes, unless he is summoning sick or is removed from combat beforehand (sudden shock comes to mind). ~Revenger __________________ Need a 3rd party trade? Opponent declares attackYou respond Opponent decides which creatures attack and turns them sideways You respond You which creature if any will block which creature and respond. IE: opponent attacks with 2 creatures, you could block 1 with your Royal Assassin and then choose to destroy the other with the Assassin's ability. Opponent responds Damage resolution
