Scars releases October 1st, I would like some postulation on how good of a set it might be/ will be/ won't be and why. I feel the set is going to be good, for example, I just found out about "Ratchet Bomb". For those not familiar with the info they've released on the set yet, "Ratchet Bomb" is a 2 mana artifact with: Tap: Put a charge counter on Ratchet Bomb, Tap: Sacrifice Ratchet Bomb, destroy all non-land permanents with converted mana cost equal to the number of charge counters on Ratchet Bomb. This card was obviously modeled after powder keg, which is still a great card, but i feel this card might be better; tapping to put a counter on it, means you can potentially pump out more than one counter per turn, and it's not limited to artifacts and creatures like powder keg is. __________________ A severed foot is the ultimate stocking stuffer.

I get the feeling it will be pretty decent. First of all, I think you will get a free token in every pack. That's a great deal. The cards are printed on high quality card stock in high definition. They're even bend resistant so you can play with them again and again! I haven't seen the cards yet but I hear the colors are especially vivid in this one and the artwork on the cards is definitely top notch. From the few flavor texts we've glimpsed, it seems the story is very interesting and might bring back some old forgotten characters so that's something to look forward to when cracking open those packs! Yep, hope that answers your question.
