Thoughts? rumors? what would you like to see?Ive been hearing no more flip cards. any truth to this?
Has flashback burned out?
Will there be a return of the titans?
Will dack make an appearance? (from the comics)
What about other plansewalkers? (i expect elspeth to be reprinted in 2012)
Will chandra ever become good? What do you all think? Inb4 "pfms" from a non-moderator. if you dont eant to talk on topic, keep it in your pants.

No reprint of Titans.
No reprint of Elspeth.
I expect new Planeswalkers for Black and White and reprints of the 3 new M12 Planeswalkers for M13.

I would like to see cards that make control better. It feels a little underpowered in the current format.I don't want to see titans reprinted. Be gone with them! A reprint of Jace, TMS would be awesome. Of course that won't happen, but it would be fun to play with him in standard again. I'm not even sure he would be broken in the current standard meta. Hes not good against Delver. Hes not good against GR Aggro. Hes not good against Zombies. Hmm...he doesnt seem good at all which sounds like blasphemy! On the other hand, the esper planeswalker control deck would get a huge boost with Jace, TMS.

Reprinting Jace, TMS would be the worst idea ever. He'd be pretty dumb in U/B control, and would be a 4x of as their win condition. He'd be stupid broken, and would warp yet another format. Thank god that will never happen.

I want new lands, not reprints, something different, that or Mirage Fetches at uncommon, and city of brass at rare! No Rare Duals, free up those slots for Gold  __________________

No DFCs in Avacyn Restored. MaRo already stated as much.I thought he said something similar about Flashback as well since it's not the same world any more and the graveyard theme wouldn't fit quite as well. Titans are almost assuredly out of M13. I'm guessing 2 Planeswalkers in AVR. One possibly Red. If not there then a new Red Planeswalker for M13. Also, this should be right around the time when they announce the name of the October set (codename "Hook") so that should stir up some baseless speculation as well.

Makes sense, they don't want two sets with those lands for a full year. I honestly don't think they will bring back the M10 lands for a 4th time though. I think it's time for them to move on. As much as I do love them, and think they're awesomely designed, just too many printings in a row IMO. Maybe filters or something completely new. I personally feel like if they're going to do Rav Duals, it won't be in a core set. Seems like something you'd want to save to sell the bejesus out of a new block with.
Also, City of Brass would be amazing.
Anyone on board with uncommon pain lands?

I would put a pretty penny on them bringing the shocks back next block or whenever they revisit ravnica again. I would also HATE to see them reprint the M10 duals or the titans. And I would totally get back into standard if they print something like this:3

I'd like to see enemy Scars lands in M13, new planeswalkers for black, white, and blue, they can reprint M12 Chandra and M12 Garruk, and please no more titans.
