We lost Quinton Hoover today. I'm just... wow... I knew he'd had some medical problems but this just floored me. Raise a glass for him or something.

For those of you who were looking for Mike Dringenberg stuff from GP Portland - He showed up Friday but didn't sign, never showed up Saturday (didn't answer calls until halfway through) and won't be there on Sunday.

Sad, but from the way Tim (Cascade Games, organizer) talked about it seemed like an emergency came up.

rk post, Daarken, Chuck Lukacs, Steve Argyle, Mark Tedin and Anson Maddocks have all clocked in a very generous portion of their time so far.


Also a reminder for anyone attending GP Las Vegas next month that there will be an art gallery for Modern Masters pieces! http://cascadegames.com/events/955

It wasn't until Thursday I believe (that's when I noticed). I think Anson was called in response to Tyler Jacobson dropping out earlier due to an emergency.

Anson lives in the area, is good friends w/ Tedin, its fair to assume he'll be at anything ran by Cascade Games... just wait for the next GP in this area. He never has any lines so shouldn't be too hard to get stuff signed ><

I've tried contacting Andi Rusu a few times through his website, but I've never gotten a reply. I just want to buy some proofs. Any ideas?

Hey Roger

I am afraid he stopped to sign cards through mail in 2011. My assumption...He is one of the growing list of artists who got fed up with the "fan" treatment (OI! Sign my cards! - Hate those guys)...

Jeff A. Menges...he is on "signing" hiatus - not taking any cards in at the moment via mail (at least I got a negative feedback).

I like his sig and his art style very much.

Austin Hsu works with Erica Yang, Scott Chou and Jack Wang in the same production house called CAH. They no longer take mail-ins due to logistics. My friend was in the final boat before they closed the doors.

I missed him at the NYSE; so Gencon will be a good chance to get my Moats, Bazaars and STPs inked up.

J.S. Rossbach does not accept mail-ins. In an interview that mercenary conducted with him on YT, he said that he only signs at events and is not a fan of the mailing system.

Eric Fortune, Mark Nelson, Chris Moeller and Steve Belledin don't take them either.

Mark Poole still accepts them. Mark Zug still accepts them.

If you are pursuing the signatures from Rossbach and the other listed artists who don't accept mail-ins, you are not going to get them at Magic events. But if you are desperate, then start checking art event listings.

J.S. Rossbach is going to Illuxcon 2013 with Aleksi Briclot and a series of other artists. He also goes to art workshops in France sponsored by cfsl.net.
