My humble apologies to Tim and the rest of the site. But here is the information you ought to update or include in your listings:
Volkan Baga has up the ante to 20 cards maximum. If you're shipping from overseas it has to be worth less than $20 or the return price will be upped to account for his trip to the Customs Office. Basic return shipping is 5 Euros.
Puddnhead's domain has changed hands and therefore no longer owns it:
http://puddnhead.com/
Berry will sign through the mail, but "no duplicates." Please contact him via Facebook for verification.
Every Spiderweb Galley artist with the exception of Greg Hildebrandt does not accept mail-ins. My friend is very upset he got misleading information from this site, and is now in the process of writing an apology letter to them. If MOTL has time, please apologize to them as well. If any other artist as part of that gallery accepts them, please list it. Greg Hildebrandt only accepts 8-10 different cards at time (in short no play sets).
Swanland doesn't accept mail-ins no more for reasons of his own.
Rob Alexander's mail-in address has changed as of October 2012:
1389 Jefferson Street
Oakland, CA, USA
Concept Art House (CAH) for where: Austin Hsu, Erica Yang, Scott Chou and Jack Wang work at, no longer accepts mail-ins due to logistics. Their work offices are in Shanghai and their processing offices are in San Francisco.
Wesley Burt has opened the doors. Please contact him for details.
Jason Chan does not accept mail-ins or does alterations, unless you are a CEO of a company. Some of my friends who work for the video game industry have previously done business with him. They find Jason Chan to be a nice guy, but very dishonest. His listed email has not been working as of 2011. He's been told endless times to "fix it" with the rest of his site, but has not with his usual excuse of "being busy." A journalist over a year ago has just wrapped up his investigation of people's claims regarding him. He like my business friends were shocked to find out about his dishonesty. He may do excellent work, but his business ethics are the worst amongst the industry.
Both Jason Chan and Wesley Burt work for Massive Black.
Whit Brachnna no longer accepts them at this time. He presently works for 343 Industries.
Pat Lee does not accept mail-ins after sinking his production house in 2006. He now lives in Hong Kong.

April Lee's site under FAQs still mentions that she accepts them.
Ittoku does not accept mail-ins.
Francis Tsai does not accept mail-ins for medical reasons (Wesley Burt confirmed this via video sharing).

Ray Lago's information is out of date and his site is 404.
Randy Elliott accepts only 2 at a time.

Winona Nelson is Anthony Palumbo's girlfriend. She accepts them. Both will sign as a couple if done through the mail.
Dave Palumbo accepts mail-ins. But be patient.
Ryan Yee accepts mail-ins.
Cara Mitten accepts mail-ins. But be sure to check with her regarding mis-attributed cards. She has a few under Anthony Scott Waters.
Bryon Talbot accepts them. But if you are sending from overseas, please send the right amount of return shipping in pounds. But 10 pounds for less than 12 cards.
Melissa Benson will sign 10 only if you buy $50 worth of stuff from her and 5 more cards for each additional $100 spent.
Dave Dorman never responds in a timely manner. My other friend sent some stuff to him and has not gotten them back. It's been nearly 2 years since it went to his listed PO Box. Neither his stuff nor his letter of concern have bounced. Regardless of how many emails and Facebook messages are sent to him regarding his status, he never responds.

Jana Schirmer does not accept mail-ins. She often travels a lot.
Johannes Voss does not accept mail-ins at this time due to his schedule. Verify for update.
