We know he’s black and back. If his trading with other MTG players is scam, then indeed he is a scammer. He trades MTG cards with everyone. Whether it’s 10 years old or 90 years old. You have to know how to trade with him so that he doesn’t be considered a scamming artist.

I wanted to let everybody know that there is legal action in the works against Mr Cheng.

His latest scams are now filing claims with the Credit Card companies claiming he does not recognize the transaction. Sadly the Credit Card companies will rule in his favor and then charge the fee back to the online platform (Amazon, Ebay, etc).

However, he has made quite a few mistakes in his scamming activities and the legal system will catch up to him.

If you have been a victim or know detail of one of his scams, please continue the support by filing a claim with the FBI. The link is below.

I believe he recently scammed a shop out of a box of the dark and $3,000 by paying for it, trying to export them out of a discount, then claiming fraud to get his money back. They'll be filing a police report I believe since Jen has committed mail fraud, essentially stolen this time, etc.
