For the record, "Josephina", who is definitely NOT just a fake account JenCheng just made, I've tried just talking to him/her

it doesn't work

You see Jen Cheng doesn't understand when someone is offering to listen. So he just responds with insane comments, and then sends 100 versions of the same email.

I'd be willing to talk to Jen Cheng if they replied one email at a time.

I have received over 150 emails from him in the past 2 days. He also attempted to facetime with me from 850-597-3497 about a dozen times yesterday.

I just now called and spoke with a Tallahassee police officer and he instructed me how to file a report. He also suggested I share it with all of you and that you all also file a report. More reports=more involvement from Tallahassee PD.

1. Go to www.talgov.com
2. Find and click on 'Police Department', right below the yellow COVID-19 banner.
3. Scroll down to find 'Online Reporting' and click on it.
4. Find and click on 'Report an incident'
5. The officer told me to click on all the boxes on the next page. The first one being 'This is not an emergency'. Note that one of them says that you are over 18. Understand that if you are under 18, have your parents do this. The officer told me to click all of the boxes so that the report will be sure to be seen ASAP. Scroll down and click on 'Submit'.
6. Click on 'Report Non-Emergency Incident'
7. Select and click the circle on the appropriate incident type. (I selected Harassing Phone calls/texts/e-mails) Select the one that best represents YOUR issues with Jen Cheng. Scroll down and click on 'Start Report'.
8. 'Original' was selected for me and was appropriate. Scroll down and click 'continue'.
9. 'Individual' was selected and appropriate for me. Scroll down and click 'continue'.
10. Fill out your 'Enter Reporting Person Information' page with your information. Fields with a red * are needed info. Fields without are not necessary to fill in. (IE; Employer, SSN, DR LIC info.)

Submit your report and print a copy for your own records if you wish.

I hope everyone who has had any interaction with Jen Cheng will fill out a report in this manner so the Tallahassee PD can get this guy taken care of appropriately.

I called him back and received promising news.

We spoke for several minutes where he asked me about the report I filed and the weird unfortunate situation many of us find ourselves in due to Jen Cheng knowing our names or email addresses. I laid out a summary of my interactions with Cheng for the last decade or so. He asked me if I wanted to press harassment charges against him. Tallahassee PD is ready to write the warrant.

He did say;
(summarized) due to COVID 19, they are working non-normal shifts. He said he only goes into the offices one week and then he can't for 2 weeks, so they are staggering occupancy there. He said his next week in the offices starts next Monday. He said to expect to hear back within 2 weeks but I would probably receive info requests via email or phone for screen shots or photos of my spam box full of emails I've received and any evidence of other types of harassment he's done. I have multiple texts from him and recent attempts to reach me via facetime as well as hundreds of spam emails.

My opinion after talking with Officer Davidson;
They have a lot of info about him already, they want more. They know about this site and this thread. They know him very well and it sounds like charges will be forthcoming soon. I would suggest anyone interested keep or obtain screen shots or photos of pertinent interactions with Jen Cheng.

I will continue to update here unless my posts keep getting deleted.

It appears that he posts under an account using his mom's name, then refers to one of his aliases, then points them to his sites meant to take advantage of unsuspecting people.

Every time he sends us 50 emails it inspires me to spend 10 minutes digging up more evidence against him. This file is getting large.

It's interesting that many of his recent unhinged mistakes have made it much easier to confirm it is him. For example, many things in the past we were 50/50 on but after he called us and we got to hear his voice and compare it to his youtube channel videos it helped confirm beyond a doubt many of the things we suspected.
