Please tell me this isn't a real deck... and if you actually won a tournament, some of those deck you were playing aren't exactly the best... umm... wow please just tell me you were kidding.

This article really gave me a laugh and i hope that u put some more articles on the site just like it, but i dont think n e will match up to this comedy.

j4coverme Member	posted January 31, 2002 04:53 PM alright..... first of all, you went 2-1 with it, so its obviously not the best deck in type 2. in fact, you cant orims chant in response to a counterspell to stop the counterspell. once orims chant resolves, your opponent cannot put new spells on the stack, but the ones already on resolve. therefor, the counterspell on your venerable monk (round 2) would still go through. also, you said green was weak in type 2 right now. in fact, one of the best T2 decks in play right now is a token/kavu (R/G)deck that i havent seen lose to anything but upheaval/zombie infestation....... if your deck gets upheavaled, what do you do then? orims chant? win a tourney because your opponent isnt smart enough to call a judge over? think about this orims chant thing: if orims chant countered spells, it would be banned faster than DCI could say "oops". 1 mana for a counterspell, out of color? unheard of. it would be going for more than shadowmages, and last time i checked, orims chant was worth between 3 and 4 dollars..... anyways, that sounds like a fun deck to mess around with, but i think you should at least win a tournament with it before you claim it is the best deck in type 2.

And how could u play the chant to counter the counter. if orims chant could counter spells it would be worth two times what absorb is! this is the stupidest thing i have ever read. If you did make this "Best T2 deck" you dont have the skill to play it
