Its happened enough now that I think the link to this thread should read "Click to lower your respect for humanity by 1 point" rather than the title of the article. That would be much simpler. __________________

I dont understand how can you get 4 chants when you say you cant affored chephalids deck?
I live in israel, and as far as I know chant worth alot more than any card in the chephalid deck.You also said that it is the best deck in type 2, and I'm not so sure about it: did you see the red & green deck, using maddness? I am not sure on its cardlist, but it uses arrogent wurm, basking rootwalla, wild mongrel, fiery temper, firebolt and I'm not sure what more, but its a fantastic deck, that beat psycatog decks. There is the fires deck, just in type 2, that I play: 4 x Llanowar elvs
4 x Horned Kavu
2 x Flametongue kavu
4 x (green) battlemage
2 x Green Familiar
2 x Red Familiar
3 x Shivan wurm
2 x Fire\Ice
4 x Yavimaya Barbarian
4 x Fire Of Yavimaya
4 x Sparcaster (cant get Kavu Titan /: )
2 x Overrun 4 x Painland
10 x Forest
9 x Mountain

I See one major problem with your deck.
Were are your Rabid Elephants.Sure its not a cleric but a cleric could own an Elephant
if he wanted to not to mention hes a 3/4 and that counts for a lot.Skyship weatherlight could be good to all you have to do is put 45 cards into it and its a jayemdae tome.As for you playing the Cehpalid Deck im sorry you had to play it i heard they were banning islands to slow the deck down a little beacuse youve played agaisnt it you know how fast it is! Who was the scrub playing with Call of the herd.Why would you ever want to play flashback on a card when you could have it in your graveyard! i think you should put mutilate in and because you have the outposts.

Well, actually, I know you won't buy it, but the first tournament I played in to get second... I beat a very similar deck to get through the finals. It wasn't exactly the same. But close enough. Because not everything in Kicker-n-Sligh can be prevented with enchantments. My Thunderscape and Sunken hopes helped out there. I sideboarded Diabloic Tutor and was able to get out Sunken Hope again long enough to do what I needed.People I never said my deck was unbeatable. I have lost plenty of games with it. Especially against type 1 fast decks. But I know you don't really care.

I just (unlike 30+ other people  ) read through all the replies and all im doing is ace  and to think that after this post there's probbaly gonna be another odd few complaining about the chaplain not taking damage anyways heheh
