Survivoe Series will be interestingI would say the ideal situation is for Punk to drop the belt to ryback. I think that itremains to be seen for cena having the belt given his current storyline with aj A good storyline would be having Cena win at survivor series and then having Ziggler use his money in the bank contract at the end of the match. Knowing the egos at WWE this will never happen for a major pay per view

It would be horrid, since Dolph has a contarct for the Smackdown title, not the Raw one. __________________ My 2008 Nationals The Official Tower Magic Facebook Page hilikuS: Also, as much as MAB's list has become the list on the T/A Forum, I do miss Slinga's.

That's not even close to ideal, because Ryback would lose momentum and credibility when he drops the belt back to Punk at the next PPV. And he would drop it because WWE's setting up Punk vs Rock for the title at Royal Rumble, not Ryback vs Rock.

I think what we really need is for a clean Punk over Ryback win. His little heel turn was interesting at first but it's just getting ugly now. I don't think anyone wants to see Punk playing the "cheat to win at all costs" angle... at least, I don't. It was a lot more fun with several contenders in the mix and Punk was just ripping through people. And despite all odds, Team Hell No continues to be amusing

Punk pins Cena after Ryback destroys him thereby keeping them both strong and allowing Punk to face the Rock for the title.

So I was kinda right. Ryback SS's Cena and then Punk pins for the win. Couldn't have predicted the interlopers...

Most interesting parts of the Survivor Series: 1) Tyson Kidd's performance was stellar and will go largely unnoticed. 2) Daniel Bryan's performance was stellar and will go largely unnoticed. 3) Ryback getting double-teamed through the announce table by Cena and Punk... best part of the whole show.Overall, a pretty boring Survivor Series, but still entertaining.

Is anyone else as sick of this "affair" angle as I am?

Well, wrestling is, by and large, a soap opera. However, these "love triangles" are always just insultingly bad and add nothing at all to the show.

What... happened between Cena and AJ? This is a new development. Also I am super jealous of Cena :P

Well, nothing happened.Sickie Guerrero has been (poorly) setting it up as though Cena and Lee had an affair.

Actually was at Raw last night in Dayton with Floor seats. First show I'd been to, and went with my fiance. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, but it's tough without listening to the commentary - those guys do have a difficult job. However, I did start a couple "Yes" chants and even a Counter "No" chant. The "What?" chanting with Sheamus was actually quite funny, because he seemed like he could've busted out laughing everytime he got "What?"d. I'm impressed he didn't laugh. Daniel Bryan's persona with stopping the Yes chants is even BETTER when you see it live - he's performing in ring and just gets into it with the crowd - really impressive. It was fun. Yeah, this affair thing is worse than the Styles one TNA just did. I like the up and comers. Ambrose match with Rollins (Iron Man) was amazing - these guys are good. I enjoy Sandow's character and the semi-revival of the tag teams in TNA.

I have to admit, I really liked the Ryback vs. Tensai match on RAW last night. I think it's good to show he's somewhat vulnerable to getting hit a few times, not just powering through everyone. Plus he actually picked up fat-ass Albert for the finisher... impressive as hell. The Cena/AJ thing has officially gotten weird. Er. I'm pretty sure Cena's married... On another note, it's stupid who they use for some of these "locker room attack" scenes. Why would Titus O'Neil (in character) bother to stop Ziggler from wrecking Cena? Anyhow... obvious prediction is obvious, but CM Punk is going to end his reign at at least 381 days, taking the #6 spot of all-time longest reigns, over John Cena. He won't break 1,000 consecutive days, though.

Cena's been divorced for about 6 months. But that angle is really sad. The CIA spymaster was just caught in an affair. Do people really care about a fake affair between actors? Atrium, really good point. There's a PPV event on December 16th, which would put it at about 390. Punk loses to Cena, but Punk lords that fact that his reign was longer.

If Punk drops the belt in December, when does he get it back before his title match with The Rock at RR? Punk holds the title until WM29 where he'll drop it to Ryback

I think the Rock will have the title at WM. Although that doesn't really make sense. Hmmmm

Well, during Survivor Series, didn't they have a promo asking fans to vote who they'd want to see fight The Rock? The choices were Cena, Punk, and Ryback. And then The Rock tweets that he doesn't care who he faces... It's almost like they haven't decided themselves yet, lol. I'm sure they have, but it just feels like it really could be anyone at this point.

Well didn't they say during the "celebration" that the Rock would find out at the Royal Rumble? (In regards to them saying who CM Punk has defeated)~MM __________________ Blah, blah, blah werewolf. I assume he takes it from Rocky? Or Cena so they can push that feud?

That's only possible if one of those two is the World Heavyweight Champ when he cashes in his contract.

Anyone else feel WWE is getting stagnant and kinda sucks not seeing title defenses on RAW only on PPV now? We already know for a fact if Punk does drop the belt to Ryback at TLC he will have it back before Royal Rumble to face The Rock. Its far too predictable it seems.__________________ I was sane once, it was a fleeting thing and thankfully passed quickly.Life is all one big joke. Death is just the ultimate punchline. Yeah, I'd definitely like to see more regular show title defenses as well. Even if they're against the jobbers and middle-carders. They don't even have to be on Raw or Smackdown - do one on Main Event once in a while to generate interest.

The thing about this statement though is this. While I'd like to see title matches on RaW or whatever, it's not really going to happpen. How else can they hype the next pay-per-view if the title is going to change hands. They have to hype up and build up Wrestler X vs Wrestler Y for weeks. They can't build a match up, then have Wrestler Z win the belt on a RaW or something. It also would be hard to sell PPV's then. Punk holds the belt until at least TLC so we can already add those days up to his total. ~MM
