I am thinking of making some offers on duel lands specifically a Bayou $45, Scrubland $20, and Taiga $20. I don't have have scans and the prices I posted are his asking prices. He lists the Scrubland and Taiga as poor but the Bayou as EX+. I am mainly concerned with the Bayou isn't any card with the borders collered by sharpie usually considered poor?

Yes, any inked card is considered poor. However, these lands are just as playable as any other NM land. The question is how bad you want them. Offer the poor price and go up from there if you want them bad enough. $20 for playable inked duals doesn't sound that bad to me.

Plus they are great to have extended art made out of, i'd pick them up at that price.

$20 is a good price to buy for Scrubland and Taiga, provided they are sleeve-legal.

$45 on a ex+ Bayou sounds like a decent price too. I will buy at that price

I gues I did not mention in the post but all the lands have their borderes inked with sharpie

$20 on inked Taigas and Scrublands seems good, especially if you're just going to play with them and they're sleeve legal. $45 on a Bayou is a little more iffy, but that's at least $10-$15 more than people here are selling them for non-inked. How bad are the sharpie jobs?

Just saw the scans and the sharpeeing looked pritty good stayed within the boarders and did not mark past them.

People telling you to call it Poor for ink are just being dumb (or trying to buy it themselves for under market price). Inked borders are obviously pretty much the worst playable condition that exists, but they are playable. There's no real difference in price between this and GD/HP.
