Probably not worth much more or the effort to trade for it. Miscut cards are really only worth anything significant if its cut so badly that you can see another card either on top/bottom or on the side.

I have a Wurmcoil Engine that is like the Primeval sounds. I was offered 2 regulars for it from a reputable source. So I'm guessing it's worth a bit more than a regular.

You probably found a guy that wanted a weird looking Wurmcoil Engine for his deck. No misprint collector would trade you 2 for 1 on that. Primeval Titan is fairly playable, so you might find such a person. If you put it on Ebay though I'd bet you sell it for less than a normal one. To get value out of it, you need to sell it as a premium Primeval Titan, not as a miscut/misprinted card.
