It's pretty available as many local standard players don't want it. With Legacy on decline... and possibility of it having some standard/modern play (maybe next couple sets) is it worth picking up at it's current value. 7.00 in trade ? I could see TES getting better given the next couple sets may have something for it. This may Invigorate Legacy TES combo decks. I would think so... past in flames is pretty fun in TES.

It's bad even in Legacy. It will probably end up like Ad nauseam.

7 in trade? 4-5 unless you are both using some inflated method of establishing values like SCG sale prices or something

This is such a mana intensive card i can't imagine it gets play anywhere.

It made to semi final in Amsterdam GP. And it could have reach the final except the player didn't de-sided his deck from the previous round.
It was a one shot card but did serve him well. Considering I don't think it will be played as a playset, 3-4 seems high enough for me

It's a bad Yawgmoth's Will for red but you may be able to stack up a storm count with cards like Seething Song, Pyretic Ritual, Rite of Flame, Manamorphose.
