I stumbled across this 'piece' of a black lotus. It looks like it is 1 of 9 pieces to make a oversized card. I have no idea what it is or where it came from, and if it's worth anything. Any help is appreciated!

#9 is the rare one if I recall correctly (the bottom right corner, but there is a number on each piece).

I have #1 of 9. Upper left corner, the one that actually says Black Lotus ( or maybe it just says Black, can't remember.)

So you think $20 for it? Or is it on the rarer side?

#9 it the rare black lotus card so 15-20 from what ebay is showing

I don't think there's a difference in rarity between pieces 1-8.

The rare piece is worth near the price of a real lotus. The other pieces are around 10-20. It has been a couple years since I have seen the rare piece available.

It is about as rare as the glass mirage deckbox, but less expensive.

The pieces were part of an Ultra-Pro promotion. A puzzle piece was included in each pack of sleeves, and if you completed the picture, you could send them in for something (can't remember what). There was a Black Lotus and a Chaos Orb puzzle, and if I remember correctly, I believe #9 and #7 were the rare pieces for each respectively. Normal pieces go between $10-20, and the rare piece is around $250 for the Lotus and $150 for the Orb last I saw (it's been some years though since I've seen either one, but I don't think there's a ton of demand for them either).
