I'd say even in HP (as long as its not ridiculously bad) they'd be worth about $13-14 each. Depends on the buyer.

Cheapest one on tcgplayer is just under 40 for mp. Not sure when that spike happened; I always thought that they were in the 14 to 20 range.

Using data tracking websites it looks like the spike happened about 10 days ago.

That was about when the U/B Tezzartor deck won the SCG Legacy Open, I know there were a few copies of this played in that deck.

You can turn a Myr Enforcer that you effectively paid zero for into a Sundering Titan for just UU + 1. However, you have to ignore the opportunity cost of playing Myr Enforcer.It got played in a deck (u/b Tezzeret). Then it got talked about on a website in an article. It's been played marginally for years. What else do you expect from the MTG community.

Couldn't have said it better. Every time I see UB tezz do well in legacy, I sigh, because it gives retailers free reign to jack up prices on whatever sideboard/niche cards with low supply show up in the list.
