I found 15 of these in a collection I'm considering purchasing, and I have no idea if it's worth anything, what EXACTLY it is, or what kind of market there is for something like this (I imagine it's small). Anyone that can give me any feedback would be of great help.

I assume this is a case of 'throw on eBay and see what happens' then.
