On the eve of finding out about MM2 spoilers and a (possible) Noble Hierarch reprint, you're just hedging a bet that it won't be reprinted and retain a really high price tag.

Also the KTK fetches are easy to replace right now, and they will continue to be opened throughout the summer and beyond as Khans stays standard legal.
