Rules
1. My prices are not negotiable they are fair prices according to magicards.info.
- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
2. Buying 
- All buyers are welcome (US/Can, International).
- Minimum sale of $10.
3. Payment (Payment comes first regardless of refs)
	- Paypal (Preferred)
		- Payment preferred to be received as a Gift. 
		- Will accept normal merchant payment (you will have to pay my fees). 
		- Buyers pay fees.
	- Concealed Cash
		- You ship at your risk.
	- Check/Money Order
		- May take up to 2 weeks for checks and money orders to clear, once cleared I will ship.
4. Shipping  
- Buyers pay shipping. (Insurance is Recommended if you buy the block)   
- International Shipping will have to be discussed before payment.
