Hello,I am selling a friend's collection, it's rather large and I'm aware of the values so let's not waste each others time 
*** I've spent the time providing the AVERAGE MOTL cost on everything below for you. This way, the work is done for you and there can be very little argument over pricing.
Below are the conditions of the sale:
-Payment must be made first, no exceptions. PayPal or Pick-up (Cash), no “gift” payments – it must be completely verified and legit so there's no foul play. Paypal fee's AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE (~4%).
-I will only sell this collection to well known members of the forums, no new comers, sorry.
-I am willing to sell this as a private auction on eBay to alleviate any fears, we can also discuss over the phone if you have any concerns. So, you can be sure I am only selling this as a complete collection. I'm also very willing to discuss over the phone so all parties feel secure.
-I am not interested in providing scans for non-power pieces so I was pretty diligent about noting conditions, etc. I'm confident you will be satisfied. I can send images of all the cards from my iPad just so you know they exist but I'm only doing this for interested buyers.
Shipping for this will be hefty, a lot of cards, cost will be approximately $25.00. This includes tracking, insurance and SIGNED CONFIRMATION. This will not be left at a doorstep.
Be aware that I will be photographing and VIDEO RECORDING the shipment process up until the post office so there is no opportunity for false play on either side – I will provide this to the buyer up front – do not attempt to get smart with paypal loopholes. This is the wrong auction to play games with.
-I'm not interested in a 3rd party, that's just one more step to entrust over $7,000.00 worth of cards. That is why I've offered eBay as an alternative in addition to PayPal's standard protection if you insist upon it.
I am asking $6,000.00 for the collection, which is $700+ from the average MOTL price.
