I am selling a Blue Hurricane from the set Summer Magic. I recently inherited a bundle of magic goodies and I am here to offload one of them. I do not play Magic the Gathering and have next to no knowledge of the game so please excuse me if I am falsely advertising the card. I have however been informed it is from Summer Magic Edgar and is the blue misprint card Hurricane. I am only accepting paypal and really do not want to send first, so I expect you to send with paypal payment so if anything goes wrong you can refund your money. I can provide my phone number for this transaction as well. Card is in near mint condition.

Paris - Yes of course! I am near Cheyenne Wyoming right now. JayC - Is that a serious offer? JayC - That is why you would send as a payment and not a gift....so you can refund it. It would be quite ridiculous otherwise.

When you send it as a payment, you can open up a dispute /claim and get your money back guaranteed. I also provide my phone number and such if desired. twol84 - How would escrow work? Who/What is the middle man?

I may arrange something with kidicarus, but since nobody can send first I would prefer to take cash/check then. I understand that may be an inconvenience for some people. I have an offer for the 4000, if anyone wants to up it then by all means. However I'll probably just go with the first trusted person who responds.

You know, if you really have such a card in hand it shouldn't be difficult to take another picture of it next to a piece of paper with your handwritten MOTL alias...@SNUFFEDxOUT: interested in the metal shard if it's the glow-in-the-dark sort of haunting. I have a 3-inch nail that was sent back in time and reliably used as Julius Caesar's toothpick. Around VG-F or so. PM me if you want to work something out.

You ever hear of this thing called positive feedback? You need that to build credibility. Take a look at the warning on the top of this page. Another one of our members just got scammed. We look out for each other here and if you want to join us you need to build your feedback up or expect to ship first or through a mod. In fact even deals between people with hundreds of refs still go through mods for safety reasons. $3,800 is my offer. Take it or delete this post and leave this community.

They absolutely understand how Paypal works. It works as such.. if you take out the money before a dispute is started, then Paypal can't recover the funds. It doesn't matter if the dispute is won or lost, the money is gone. Do you understand that you've come on here, a new member stating you have no idea what Magic cards are worth, with what is pretty much the most expensive card in the entire collection and are asking people to send to you first? Ain't gonna happen. I would suggest trying a third party mediator for a transaction such as this.
