3. Buyer covers shipping costs and makes the decision if they want to insure the package. If there is no insurance on the package then buyer accepts responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods.
4. Shipping costs are $3 inside the continental United States. International shipping will be determined based on where I am shipping to.
