I think it would be a good idea that if some one if found to be a bad trader that there should be something on the account, anytime they post somewhere that way instead of someone having to look through the BTA post they can click the link in there account just an Idea thanks for reading

Innocent until proven guilty. When proven guilty, they are banned. Until then, no need to single them out. __________________ If you see a rules violation, PM me a link and I will take care of it. I'd be worried about that creating a false sense of security. As it is, not enough people actually take the time to search the BTA and CBT properly, so there are all-too-frequent issues with people who have been banned creating new accounts and ripping again and again because people don't notice the address is already listed. Why should we encourage people to not take the necessary steps to protect themselves and just rely on a flag on the account?__________________ There's no need to fear, UNDERDOG is here! All your Gruul Nodorogs are belong to me. blieve me i understand what you are talking about, and they dont get banned if they are just bad traders and even if they are innocent people can still see if they want to trade with them or not as for what nderdog said why not make it easier for the people to trade than having to go through the trouble search for the person on the bad trader list or CBT list i just think i would make people feel more safe if they knew right then and there when they are discussing the trade or better yet make people put in the shipping address when registering here so if they were already banned they cant keep ripping people thanks for listeing and considering what i am saying

I know, and that's exactly the problem. Feeling more safe when they aren't leads to much bigger problems and far more people being ripped off, which can't possibly be good. Registering addresses wouldn't be much help. Comparing addresses really can't be done well automatically. A couple misspelled words or formatting an address differently could get around that. Having someone manually view all of them and compare them to existing lists is way too much work. What about people with repeat offenses of minor bad trading practices that haven't been severe or frequent enough to get banned? If people don't search the BTA, they won't be aware of these things, and it's fairly important to know just who you're dealing with. If people are going to trade online, making sure to follow the proper procedures to be safe is always going to be necessary. It just takes a couple minutes to search and be sure that who you're trading with isn't listed as a bad trader or a known ripper, and it's not unreasonable to expect. People have to take a little responsibility for themselves at some point, because we just don't have the time or ability to do it all for people. __________________ There's no need to fear, UNDERDOG is here! All your Gruul Nodorogs are belong to me.
