I created a H/W list months ago and have not updated it in a long time. My profile says my H/W list id "unavailable" and when I click on the H/W lsit icon, it says the wesite cannot be found.

I would to make a new list and delete the old one, but I cannot search it up anywhere.

Please help

H/W lists "expire" after a while. You should keep it up to date if you want it to survive--just "up" the thread every once in a while.

So, you just need to create a new list. Your old one got deleted by the system when it was too old and had no recent responses.
