How trustworthy is this from a new member with 2 posts?

Well, I took a chance and installed that Firefox add-on and just sent Demilio a PM without having to jump through any more hoops.

Its a bit annoying to have to install a browser add-on to get something as basic as private messaging fixed but it looks like after a year there may be a solution after all.

The Chrome Extension and Firefox Add-on do the bare minimum to get private messaging working again. I looked into making the rich text buttons work but didn't fix them yet.

Here's the code for both add-ons if anyone's interested:
