Like, is there a mathmatical reason for where they all are on the board, or is it completely random? Oh, just got back from an early screening of the movie "The Butterfly Effect," and I was greatly pleased by this movie. While I can't compare it to amazing blockbusters like LOTR, it was better than all those movies in some ones, and just a great watch for us! __________________ Quis custodiet ipsos custodes.I <3 the following MOTLers: Torie_62 BoltBait Shadow88 crazyturk SerraBanger If you would like to share in the <3, IM me and I will look you over.

It didn't slip out of the holder...I was just too stupid to remember to slide the blade back in so it wasn't sticking out. I guess it was at the wrong angle and when I went to sit down...
EDIT: Just so everyone knows, I didn't cut anything off...just gave myself a half inch or so slice along the base of it... __________________ MOTL's best average member

Sweet. Sweet sweet sweet. This girl that was really into me and everyone expected me to "hook up" with just confronted me about the issue and I had to tell her I didnt want to be with her like that, even though I sincerely did want to remain really good friends. Well, so much for that. I think she wants me dead. Sigh. Girls down in a month - 3. Does that get me any kind of award? And the girl that I like still has a boyfriend. Blehhh...wuteva. Things will work out. With someone. Sometime. I think.Umm...I scored a 1210 on my PSATs...by the time I take the SATs, I should do pretty well. Uhh...home wrestling meet tomorrow night. Goin Varsity 160. Wish me luck plz doods. Oh, speakin of which, I'm only like 4 points short of lettering, so if I do well enough tomorrow, it will be done! Umm...umm...surely there is more to tell. Aww, yeah, I'm gonna miss a huge party next week because I have a wrestling meet Oh well, plenty more will present themselves Oh, its rumored among my leadership contacts that I may make Winter Ball court! Which would be , because I have a meet that weekend too, so I could win, and then not even have to attend I'm done...for now. __________________ I've been banned more than you have!MSN (and email): Stat1c_X@hotmail.com AIM: OriginalNameEh

Welcome back chief. Just don't be overly scrubby, k? Things sure turned up quickly. I started talkin to the above^ girl online and we are getting along pretty good, another guy just asked her out, so shes okay. Then, talking to the girl I liked, she confided to ME that she liked ME and was unhappy with her boyfriend, and that I make her happier, etc etc, and all sorts of other random teenage highschool boy/girl goodness. __________________ I've been banned more than you have!MSN (and email): Stat1c_X@hotmail.com AIM: OriginalNameEh

Freddy vs. Jason *spoilers follow* Well there's a couple hours of my life that would have been better spent asleep. How anyone could enjoy this movie is beyond me, as it is (a) not scary, (b) not funny, and (c) not entertaining. The characters manage to piece together their (unbelievable) situation quite quickly despite little or no information. In the end it's little more than a dreary rehash of two storylines so long past their prime that they themselves are undead. The lame premise is that the parents of elm street have hidden the knowledge of Freddy from their kids and suppressed the story. Since no kids know him, no kids fear him, and since his power comes from fear (this time around) he is powerless. So he finds Jason Vorhees in hell and assumes the form of Jason's mother and in this guise convinces Jason to get up out of his grave and go to Elm Street and attack the kids there. Once some kids are murdered talk of Freddy begins again, which opens the door for Freddy to get into the dreams of the kids. Boring. And stupid, since this knowledge/fear thing was unnecessary in the first incarnation of Freddy. Anyway, once on the loose, Jason continues to kill, and begins killing kids before Freddy can adequately torture them. So Freddy has to "take care" of Jason. The climax takes place at Camp Crystal Lake where Jason and Freddy smash, rend, and stab each other to bloody pulp. Kind of pointless since each of them is for all intents and purposes immortal. Which is ultimately what makes this movie a bonehead idea from the word go. Who will win? Who gives a crap? Neither of them can die so you already KNOW what is going to happen. They're going to beat the undead crap out of each other and at the end of the movie they'll both still be alive. Sure enough that is what happens. *yawn* Watch Jason X, the "Jason in Space" movie. That was a lot more fun than this chunk of spoo. __________________ -- PlasteredDragon A.K.A. Does anybody know the name of a new game coming out this summer for PS2. I read about it in one of the gaming mags like Gamepro or something and about how it was going to be the coolest game ever, but I can't remember what it was called. Its a roll player game set in like midevil times or fantasy world or something. You interact w/ peeps and your responses determine if your a good guy/bad guy. Any ideas?__________________ AIMMAD www.geocities.com/fcpunks Early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. "I like goblins. Time for Bed. MOTL is sooo dead during the night. Thank god for AIM.I've really enjoyed tonight, got a little drunk, played some pool, ate some nachos, and had a wonderful time getting to know Charles Ensign. Can't believe we talked costantly on AIM for over two and a half hours, it was a blast and we'll have to do it again sometime. I think she's right you know. For example I wonder why the small questions thread was killed-- I thought it was tremendously helpful to drop a question in and actually getting it answered. If I did that here, I would not be so sure of a (legit) answer as in the small-Q-thread nor will I be able to trace it back in case it's in fact answered. I agree with the approach on the UBB games things though. __________________ rationalist :: metalhead :: perfectionist :: godless :: happyOriginally posted by bel_riose: Never wanted to know what means potm? As much as I want to, I'm not going to read the previous 7 pages. Snow day! It's pretty funny because we had a couple days last week where we deserved delays but didn't get them... apparently the new Superintendant wants to prove that they aren't as delay-happy as the last one. But right now its pretty sunny out, despite the forecast for snow all day. lol __________________ "...it speaks deceit, and I am honest! But I'll plead no more! Snow day here too in North Caldwell. Sunny but cold as anything. We have about 4 inches of snow but it only takes 1-2 for me to get out of school. Its 100% busses and there are some steep *** hills.

I agree. The UBB games being axed made sense...there were getting to be too many, and a bit out of control. The Simple Questions was very helpful. We had one short spam-fest at the beginning of the second thread, but apart from that it's been serving it's purpose well. Questions in the PFS would be too easy to get scrolled by or draw joke answers. edit: Not to step on any toes, but the Simple Questions post is much more useful than threads like "favorite body part" and "most famous person" isn't it? __________________ There's no need to fear, UNDERDOG is here! Hmmm... no more UBB games. At least be consistent and also close down Word Association, part XV. This is also an utterly useless post, much more than the thread for questions was in my opinion. And while I do agree that the level of conversation in the GD could do with a bit more intelligence, I don't think killing the UBB games will help accomplish that.
