Well, that's a bit strong. More like he's a braggart who makes stuff up. I like to think he's talking to a bunch of recruits, or maybe some potential new skyjeks, playing up the "wow" factor of the things they'll be able to work with once they're a skyjek. Kinda like those over-the-top US Army ads that try to make the military look like a real-life Call of Duty.
