Many people think they are smarter/more important than the last guy. Let him send his letter and get a carbon-copy response.

should be easy enough to sell. I'm just waiting for the price to come down myself, no chance at getting one around here

Sell now, long-term, price is likely to dip and then hold for a few years and then go up very slowly. Guessing 75$ will sell it pretty quickly here. Or break it up and sell.

Probably because there are a bunch on Ebay with 69.99 BINs with shipping as low as 5.95 and auctions closing as low as 60.00.

My plan is to break a set into my cube. Doubtful that I'd pick up a second set as one is expensive enough, lol.

I have a question about trading refs from two different sites. an example would be: The trade is taking place on site A, and on this site A I have more refs then the other person but they want to use thier trade refs from site B. Where they have more refs then I do. Should I let them carry over thier refs so to speak or am I just over thinking this.

I was gonna make a separate topic for this, but I thought it wasn't needed. Is there anyone here that could do an altered art card for a friend of mine? He wants 4x Juggernaust, but he wants Juggernaut (the marvel character) as the picture, and different flavor text on each(squotes from Juggernaut). If anyone does this, or can tell me where I can get it done, it would be much appreciated! LMK!! I do believe you are looking for this person: http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showpost.php?p=5005035&postcount=16268 Edit: However, most of the artists there do this on comission, so it wouldn't be free.

fourhorseman does absolutely incredible comic/anime characters. But yes, the charges tend to be 20-35 for cards (He is in the upper range) and they also tend to stay pretty well booked. __________________ Quoth the Raven, "Nevermore"

Figured it was not worth its own topic, but I just had to deal with an issue with cheating that I would appreciate suggestions on how to proceed. A new to the store player was doing really well at the FNM. As usual, I walk around and watch games if I am not participating in the event to help with rules questions and such. Out of the corner of my eye, I see that player draw weird (waaay too much thumb over his deck, taking too long to draw) while asking his opponent to read out one of his cards in play. I watched his game until he went to draw again the following turn, and it definitely looked like he was drawing 2 cards. I asked them to hold for a second, and asked the players what round it was, , how many cards in their GY's, looked to see if there were any instances of cards or effects causing extra cards to be drawn (there were none), verified that the player in question went first (no extra draw), and then asked him how many cards were in his hand. "I don't have to tell you that!" was his response, and I reminded him that the number of cards in hand is public information in a game, so even his opponent could ask him that, let alone the person who is enforcing rules at the event. He scooped, and then left without answering me. Would you pursue any kind of official action in this case, or would you be allowed disallowing him from future events at the store? (I work there and am the TO for the store).

I would absolutely pursue this. DQ him from the event, ban him from the store and file the report. Guys like that can't be made to feel like they can get away with it.

Isn't it really tough to get a ban on someone in a Rel 0 event via the DCI? Banning him from the store would be easy enough. __________________ Member Since 03/28/2001 10000+ posts 3rd in posts in Ontario 15th in posts on MOTL Top 5 in Refs in Ontario (by people who location posted)

Do I have a note on my account that says I don't know card values or something? The last 4 offers posted on my lists have been along the lines of "My $10, your $20, deal?"__________________ There's no need to fear, UNDERDOG is here! All your Gruul Nodorogs are belong to me.
