I don't think we'll see Liliana 3.0's full power until October when we get shock duals back. Besides mono black, I think she'll fit nicely in GBX with mana dorks, fatties, and black shock duals.

I've only against Dream Halls a few times and I have never had Halls hard cast, always SnT into play. In that case, 7UUU totally replaces it. The added bonus that your opponent can't use it is a big plus too.
