To give an example, I believe that if you add $20 to your pledge you can have a copy sent to a library.

Surprised Ed Beard Jr. is involved. Didn't he have some issues with Wizards where they didn't want to use his art anymore stating it was too "fantasy"?Glad he's in though. Always loved his art and was always a nice guy in person ay GenCon when he went.

The book is not officiated with Wizards, so that may be the reason aside from working with his colleagues. I'm happy he decided to do it though.

Jesus, this made me wish I visited the forums more.Sketch card ones all gone. Definitely a collector's edition, at least. Just wondering if I want to do more.

I sounds like there are enough people on this thread alone to ensure at least another 1000 dollars for the project and no doubt more people who would elsewhere, too... if only the sketch option were still available... Too bad. I know I would buy in.

Where is the new art for Serra? I don't see it on the kickstarter page or the kickstarter facebook page. I got an email saying to check it out, but that email just points to douglas shuler's website, and on his website it's mostly a bunch of pictures of superheroes and I can't tell if one of them is supposed to be serra.

Who owns the original power artwork in that gallery? Is it private or on loan from WotC?

The original power is on loan from Peter Adkinson. You can check out an interview with him here that discusses some of the art:http://www.originalmagicart.com/exclusive-interview-with-former-wotc-peter-adkison/

If you look at the backers list, his name is now nowhere to be seen.

Meh, he probably used fake names and repledged or something then, the books were never freed up.Edit* He's still on the list, 7 times under his name and once under his store's name.

Looks like most of them were upgrades by people already backing.
