Nope. No one really wants it for constructed AFAIK. I am just picking foil ones up for EDH demand, and if it somehow becomes playable in constructed, that's even better!

I would do that too

I still believe that Voice is the best card in the set. And since the rest of the set is so meh, it has a good chance of staying at $20 for a while. If Voice was printed in say RTR, the price would more likely be around $10.

I'll be hitting 2 prerelease events tomorrow. Still haven't decided which guild to try and get. Leaning toward Orzhov and Gruul since they fit my playstyle best, but wouldn't mind Boros.

So I actually signed up for a pre-release, and ended up with Azorius because it and Izzet were the only guilds still "open". Laaame.

Depends entirely if we get another acceptable reanimator spell to replace unburial rites. Grisly Salvage is still around for another year, and that orzhov permanent reanimate spell looks intriguing.

Yeah, I think Azorius got a pretty big downgrade with DGM. Izzet might be ok tho since it is assumed to be a slower format.

Took Simic, got Golgari as my allied guild, the exact combo I was hoping for. Opened a whole bunch of crap, my best "bomb" was Deadbridge Goliath.

Went 4-1, made top 16(130 people) and got paired against the 1 seed. Beat him game one due to land screw. Games 2 and 3 I got to see why he was the 1 seed. He went Izzet and got paired with Boros. Proceeded to pull Mercurial Chemister, Assemble the Legion, Master of Cruelties, Aetherling, Tajic, and Sire of Insanity. He also had 2 Warleader's Helix, 2 Angelic Edict, and 2 Teleportal.

All in all it was a fun night. Pontiff of Blight is crazy by the way.

Running izzet in about an hour, hoping to pull Boros. White-blue seems to have some pretty good stuff (white gatekeeper, deputy of acquittals) in DGM. As long as I don't get dimir ill be happy though; simic and gruul have some nasty stuff in DGM too

I was at the same prerelease I think. Went 4-1, lost to pack rats. Top 16, play same guy again with t2 pack rats 3 games in a row. Get my 4 prize packs, leave. Now everybody is telling me that it is impossible to get pack rats in the guild pack.

I opened a Precinct Captain in my Selesnya guild pack, so it is possible to open a Pack Rat out of the Golgari and Rakdos guild packs.

Went with Selesnya, got Boros as my 2nd guild. Opened Boros Reckoner in my Boros guild pack, and Voice of Resurgence in a DM pack. Win or lose, this has been a successful day.

from what ive been hearing, there are only 8 variations of each guild pack. there are never pack rats in them.

I think the lists from RTR and GTC guildpacks for pre-releases aren't the same as the ones being used now. Multiple reports of people pulling two rares in packs and packs having different contents than what is on the known list.
