yes and no....it is extremely devastating to any deck based off enchantment creatures (which is probably the biggest impact Theros has). it will be in almost every sideboard.

this is essentially a Wrath of God for 2 mana against those decks.

means my Master of the Feasts are in danger!

They couldn't make another destroy/exile one/two targets?

The card is a blowout, there are so many enchantment creatures that don't even need to be enchantments (i mean, when you play a deck in type 2 but it's NOT enchantment-base, it still HAS a lot of enchantments) but are, and it costs 2 mana at instant speed. When the first Tarkir set comes out, the meta will be a lot of enchantment cards.
It's not even like it destroys enchantment creatures, so the bestowed auras will come down. You can't even avoid that.
Card is actually mainboardable...

Totally hoses bogle in modern. Gives newbs easy access to a hoser again.
