I picked up some mail, and one of the packages had 16 cents due on it. No biggie, I figured I'd just remind the other party to make sure they pay closer attention next time.

When I got the package opened, it was nothing more than a piece of cardboard and a spiral notebook-type photo holder with 3 very grainy and blurry photos, apparently one of someone talking into a microphone, one of a kid playing basketball and one of a kid in marching band. I definitely don't know any of them, and certainly not in Ann Arbor, MI.
