Hi guys, maybe I shouldn't be here, but I need some help. I want to play the original version of Transport Tycoon on my pc (Vista). I know the version should run on DOS but I can't install it, just downloaded it from this site:http://download.transporttycoon.net/ Does anyone know who I can get it to work, if at all? I'm a blank when it comes to computers, I'm glad the thing starts up each time when I hit the power button. __________________

I loved that game way back when! You basically have two options for running it on a modern PC: DOS box, or using OpenTTD (based on Transport Tycoon Deluxe). I'm on my phone, but I'll look for links later if you have trouble finding them.

I appreciate anything you can help me with, I would really want to play the DOS version. The OpenTTD comes with the fixed bug of not being able to move airports around  . __________________

I like still play this off and on, and love the crap out of it. Your best bet is OpenTTD. They've taken deluxe, and updated it a ton. There's lots more stuff, the construction tools are better, and you can add a ton of different train sets, etc. Online play is a thing too. They're constantly working on the game too. It should have no problem running on Vista as they ended up re-coding the whole game in C++, along with all of the updates. openttd.org/en/download-stable

Here's a link to Dos Box (http://www.dosbox.com/). It's takes a good bit more setup than using something like OpenTTD, though the FAQ and other resources are helpful if you have the time. If you really want to have the original DOS experience, this is the way to go in my opinion. Once you get it up and running, you can play quite a lot of DOS games if you want to pick up something else again. I still get a kick out of Colonization, for instance.

get lucky on some steals? I was doing some flipping but prices seemed to have tanked a little recently.

flipped a 50mil item for 200. also flipped half a dozen 10 mil items for 20-40mil. __________________

I used to pick up everything that is non white and sell it to vendors, and I would get roughly a mil per day doing that. I thought I was being efficient with my almost 300% gold find, then I realized this would take me roughly 200 days to get the IK chest piece. edit:

So I finally got around to updating my Madden 13 rosters on my PS3. Problem is, I also updated the offline roster. How can I get the offline roster back to defualt?~MM __________________

I'm starting to figure out what items are good and resellable, I'm going to start snap-buying more stuff after I seen some shoulders for 1M that I was debating over that got snatched up and relisted for 15M and sold shortly after. How often do you guys see two items that are EXACTLY the same drop? My friend says it never happened to him but it's happening to me 2-3 times a week, exact duplicate drops... the chances of an exact duplicate dropping (at the same time) would seem to super low so I'm thinking it must be some sort of glitch.

I noticed prices have dropped about 20% for non BiS legendary weapons, and I suspect people are just simply waiting for 1.05 to come out before they make a move. Past couple days have been very slow when it comes to flipping items on AH. Made about 50mil in 4 days, but also wasted 210 mil on an IK chest, and also helped a friend gear his Wiz.Btw, 1.05 looks very challenging, and I am really looking forward to farming it with a couple friends. It is also nice to finally not have to farm act 3 for 485869599392 times just for the higher drop rates. Anyway, if anyone needs help in D3, I'm always happy to help. __________________

Found a Bul-Kathos's Wedding Band today (not the greatest roll, but it does have a socket). Guess I'll quite for the day while I'm ahead.__________________

Hit lvl 10 hardcore, ohh yeah! Scary stuff. Any tips for hardcore mode?Also does cold damage on offhand slow mobs or only mainhand?

Logged in yesterday for the first real time in months (played a day or two when 1.04 came out), got to Paragon 7 on DH. Really liking DH again (was my third 60 after Monk and WD, mid Nether Tent. nerf). Feel like I am sufferring really poor DPS tho overall, sitting at 66k or so.I can post a link to my armory when I get home (not sure on the numbers for my bnet id and at work..) for gear suggestions. I'm also relatively poor right, not the best of luck farming. I am currently farming Act 3.

If you aren't too picky, I might have a 1.29k dps Windforce that you can have, assuming I have not sold it on the AH. edit: And 1.05 is out tomorrow.

Gonna have to read up on 1.05, I saw a few streams with the monster level and key monsters and such...Are items changing as well? I know i63 rings/ammy/class specific are coming.

They fixed Mempo in 1.05, and legendaries can have i63 rolls on random properties (non fixed) if the monster level is 63+. __________________
