Bought a physical copy, got a free poster, installing from disk right now.

Also have 3 guest passes (limited access, can only interact with other guest pass members) if anyone is interested in trying the game out.

edit: Down to one guest pass. Reserved for 24 hours in case Nder wants it. Otherwise, available to general public.

Yeah, I just went back to sleep and got back up at about 6:30am to play.

Sadly, have to head off to work soon. I've never skipped classes for WoW either (back when I played it 10+ hr/day) so not being able to play non-stop on release is nothing new, but I still wish I could just stay home and play.

Was a bit laggy but managed to finish a couple of quests before work. Like Bagbokk I too wish I could stay home and play all day but alas...

What class do you guys plan on playing? It seems that Witch Doctor is currently the OP class (last I checked) Being the "spike" that I am, I usually play the OP class in any game

I prefer classes that stab people in the back (I played a rogue as my main my entire wow career since vanilla), and since I'm not seeing anything too close to that, I'll probably play a monk. Light armor, heavy damage, sounds close enough.

Demon Hunter for my case

Pretty bad experience for me today, not sure if anyone is same as me?

Play DH till level 7, then I log out as I going out to make an errand. Log in again and my character is gone. FML.

Seems to be up and running fine now, I'm playing a Witch Hunter, trial atm so cant go past Skel King, though seems I can still level, and do everything else so, farm mode until upgrade it is...

Blast so far, going to spend way to much time on this game.

I broke down and bought the game. Within minutes of entering a game, thror logged in and immediately joined my world. It reminded me of our high school days when we played D2 and Runescape together. I nostalgia'd.

I have two guest passes left for this game I wasn't even going to buy until every person I know who has ever played a computer game in their lives said they were getting it. Preference given to people I hate less than others. Have hapkido tonight but might do an all-nighter playing for the fun of it.

Has anyone gone past the Skeleton King yet? I was in beta so I've played that portion of the game a good deal - how's the rest of it shaping up? Trying to finish D2 again before buying this one. Still in the middle of Act 3. I forgot how much of a pain in the ass some of the quests are.

I just finished Act 1. There is actually QUITE a bit of stuff in Act 1 after the Skeleton King. I have enjoyed the game quite a bit. I'm not sure how much I love the new crafting system. Seems like a huge money sink. But the actual game is awesome. The video between Act 1 and Act 2 is freaking epic!

Wish I could log in, seems Blizzard somehow did not understand the demand for the game on launch. Same thing happened with WoW launch, a bit surprised they didn't learn anything from that.
