Double Tornado is great for solo play I find it easy to always have fury to spend and make a point of making sure I have full fury when I finish off a mob so as to have plenty to start the next fight. However, in mulitplayer games this plan doesn't work as people will fall behind and want you to wait for them leaving me furyless and cooldownless and when they finally decide to engage some enemies and I'm left waiting for leap to come off cooldown. The need to pulls lots of mobs makes people nervous and it seems seems like the build isn't as effective.

So, for multiplayer I have been switching to:

Revenge: Best Served Cold
Frenzy: Sidearm
WotB: Insanity
War Cry: Impunity
Battle Rage: Maurader's Rage
Overpower: Killing Spree

The problems I'm having with this build are:
1) Sometimes I just can't do enough damage to Lifesteal my way through elites. (I stopped using my LoH weapons and switched to crit weapons one with 2.8 Lifesteal)
2) Getting stuck up in mobs (Really missing Whirlwind)
3) Getting blocked in place (Realling missing Leap)

I feel like if I drop anything I will lose too much damage to make me worthwhile, but I die now due to being stuck in things which never happened with Touble Tornado. I've trying using Crushing Advance and the Life Regen runes and it doesn't seem to make much of a difference. What should I cut for more mobility/survivability?

Grab a shield and use Bulldozer build. It is decent for both solo and multi-player game.

edit: Just beat Inferno. I found act 4 a lot easier than act 3, which is weird.

I just want to say that DayZ is awesome and has taken over my evenings behind the computer, even though the game is still Alpha.

Grats on beating Inferno!

I tried to Bulldozer spec, I'm dying a lot but I'm sure it's just the change in playstyle. I watched some videos of others using it and they were wrecking face so probably in a day or two I will have it down good enough to start being competetive.

Day-Z is pretty cool, last I played Zombies were glitching through doors and their movements just seemed wierd and erratic. A really cool idea but the zombie's running at 50km/h making wild random turns and glitching through doors really turned me off from an otherwise amazing idea, fix that and you will have a really solid game.

well still in alpha according to JasonX-NL. Assuming the movement and graphics get cleaned up, it looks fairly fun. I saw a video of some dudes just having to run because they were out of ammo. They then started talking they hope they run into people to kill the zombies chasing them. Then they started talking about if the people they run into kill them to take their weapons, lol. Sounds like my kinda game.

Yeah, it's pretty tense. You never know if you can trust someone and it's usually best to just avoid them or kill them if you don't know who they are. You really need to roll with a group of friends to get the full effect of the game, IMO.

Thanks. I am now debating if I should dismember my barb, sell all the gears on RMAH for a couple hundreds bucks, and start from scratch again with a different class.

well there seemed to be some voice communication between the players. Was this something automatic once you come into range? Or have to set up something? Also, what game is Day Z a mod of?

Well, we used Teamspeak 3 or Ventrillo. In-game coms always suck. It's a mod for Arma 2.

Not a big fan of nerfing the elite/rare packs again. Inferno is meant to be tough, and it has watered down so much that it doesn't feel like inferno anymore.

Everything else looks good.

Would be nice if they added a "super-Inferno" which didn't have much better drops but is signifiganty harder for Achievment purposes.

you mean the old inferno that everyone whined about? Beyond that, inferno is supposed to be the more difficult end game when the game previously ended at hell difficulty. I actually wish they would just remove all but two difficulties. Make normal and hell (or nightmare/hell) and have the first be where you level. In normal they could give the mobs a lot more hp and have them hit a little weaker to make you experience the environment and quests a little bit more but at the same time not force you to run through them all 4 times. They could leave the damage to hp ratio where its at in hell and it would be the "end game" where people mow through content to farm for loot. Not sure how adding a difficulty even made any sense. I had friends who didn't play D2 who were astonished to find out they had to do it all over again after completing it the first time.... then I let them know hell/inferno were the same... bad times.

I think they messed up bad, Normal, Nightmare and Hell all felt like the EXACT same difficulty. You never needed to buy new gear before going on to the next difficulty you could faceroll through the whole thing while watching porn. When you finally got to Inferno it was a shock because the difficulty DID increase, a lot. The progression between difficulty should have been spread out more evenly instead of having 3 modes that were exactly the same difficulty and then finally one 'hard' one that suddenly blocked a lot of bad players causing massive crying on the Forums.

well they could have just scaled the difficulty between ACTS way more, added some easy system in place so you couldnt skip quest chains, then made the quests get you to max lvl. Its really simple stuff, not sure how they messed it up like this.

They put a skeleton team on the job and then pushed the game out early? I am quite disappointed in how shallow the game itself is. I haven't really played in a couple of weeks now and am thinking of trying to hock my gear for whatever $$ I can get since I doubt I will play again. The lack of randomness really kills it, I think.

Day Z is a mod of Arma 2 (you need both A2 and A2:Operation Arrowhead). However, a standalone game has been announced (no idea when it's released).

There is a possibility of ingame voice communications. You have to be in a realistic range to actually hear each other. People generally use it to tell others they are friendly (and hope no to get shot).

As airwalk said, I use Teamspeak and play with a group of friends. We are generally well equipped haha: http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/541808684873193383/44E6D80F56E1AFB6ED3FC1037F3DAEE348D81598/

Slowly cashing out my D3 gears for cash to fund a folding bike. Sold my 1h mace for $100, and a ring for $20. Hopefully, I could move the rest of my gears by the end of this week.

Been playing Persona 4 arena online a bit; quite annoyed by the sheer amount of Chie users, but I really can't complain since I play Mitsuru, queen of frame traps. :P

I have a few questions on the idea of starting a small, used video game business that mostly will sell games for older 4, 8, and 16-bit consoles, as well as some newer games that are 10-years old or older, as I am a collector of most of these games and wanted to get into starting a small business of selling them.

1. As an individual that contracts through small stores, what would be a good idea of where I can find re-released multi-game systems for cheap to sell locally? I am mostly looking at FC-Twin, Retron 3, Sega systems (IE genesis, cd, dreamcast), Turbo Grafix, and handheld games.

2. What kind of older game systems // games are in demand beyond staples (IE Super Mario bros 3, Final Fantasy games, Arcade ports, Earthbound, Lufia, Chrono Trigger, etc...)?

3. How easy is it to get into the more expensive game system markets such as Neo-Geo?

4. What kind of variation in price does a working game alone vs. game + instruction booklet vs game in original box do?

5. What do people suggest for storage of vintage cartridge games? I know plenty on CD storage ideas, but am trying to get some ideas here.

6. Would it be reasonable to have someone subcontract under me to repair old systems, replace cartridge batteries, and clean games? What kind of tools would I be looking at having available to do so?

7. What kind of initial start-up funds would I be looking at to start this? I am trying mostly to sell used games and their systems that are not available at bigger chain stores like Gamestop, etc... to avoid competing with them for now.

You have all those questions and want to start a business? Its similar to magic cards where when you get old stuff some can be expensive for no reason at all other then it is old. it comes down to production numbers and popularity of the game. Stuff like being NIB appeals to collectors but you likely don't have a local market for that stuff any how. Used game stores survive by swapping xbox 360 games mostly. Two of our local magic shops use video games to supplement their income. They will deal in older systems, but that kinda stuff just doesn't move so they pay hardly anything for it and then they'll sit on it forever.

My suggestion, keep doing whatever you're doing now. Opening a store is bound to fail.

Yeah I like the Art there

I heard the game is so popular that NCSoft paused sales on their site so that not to overpopulate the servers lol
