February is a short month so it was more than every 2nd day and many of those days were actually doubles, and a few were triples, but you can only put one heart in per day.

So my laptop has more viruses than a diseased prostitute. I'm thinkin of getting a Mac. Anyone have any recommendations? I don't play any latest greatest games or anything.

I recommend you get some free anti-virus software like AVG.

Yep, free anti-virus and back-up your computer and start fresh regularly.

Macs are not virus proof.

Ugh. 7.00 to mail 9 cards to Canada. Great job USPS. Ask every other bankrupt company if doubling the costs brings in double profits. I may start driving to Canada and shipping from there.

While I dislike this change and I've since stopped mailing to Canada, I think this blame is displaced a bit. They are partly to blame, but the bigger issue seems to be the people forcing the USPS to absorb huge pension costs upfront. It's like getting mad at the poor teenage cashier because their fries double in price after the USDA steps in and demands that McDonald's change from cheap vegetable oil to the more expensive panda bear oil to cook their potatoes.

I don't think they were making much profit on that segment of their business. I mean, compare what they offer vs. FedEX/UPS? Have you seen their rates?

So yes, doubling the cost might double their profit on int'l shipping. Don't be mad at USPS, b/c USPS is trying to survive despite stupid gov't orders. USPS is one of the better parts of our gov't.

I get frustrated too when I see what's happened to USPS, but I direct my anger and frustration more towards the system (gov't) than USPS itself. They just trying to do their job...you know like upholding the US Constitution. All the while Congress continually tries **** them up in the process.

registered cost is added on top of standard shipping cost. Not sure if it increased.

After learning the statistics and situation of rape and sexual assault in the armed forces, I've never been so disgusted and ashamed of the US armed forces. As an institution, they can go **** themselves. Maybe then at least they'll stop raping each other.
