Just wondering what to value a Walmart promo Broodmate Dragon? Can't find anything pricing online. Was told $120-$200 buy the guy offering it, but feel that may be a bit high. There are a couple of listings on eBay right now that has them at $75, but there are no completed listing to look at either.

uh, I'd estimate about $5... it was a fairly common promo as far as I know

Watch the few that end in the next few days to see, in the past I've seen them sell in a pretty wide range, from 70-100+

However, there's not a huge demand for these, and ebay seems to be pretty flooded right now. I would suggest bidding on those instead of trying to deal with this guy offering it to you.

JTrade you are wrong, "as far as [you] know" clearly isn't very far. Stop just guessing.

Last i heard (and this was at least 6 months ago) the two that came into implodes possession were at least $75 each. Would expect about $100, unless more of these just got into circulation.

Yeah, very odd, all of a sudden there is a massive surge of people selling this promo on Ebay. They used to go for $100+, sometimes even $200+, and now some have been ending between $55 and $100 (4x went for $150 today). Someone on here too listed 4x at $200.

Kind of strange if you ask me. Did they re-release some of these or something? These things were almost non-existent on Ebay up until a few days ago.....

They are in the vintage 3 packs at wally-world here.

I bought 2 of those 3 packs today. It was like $10.97 and the packs were mirrodin besieged, new phyrexia, scars of mirrodin and m12. The promo cards were both 8th edition foil elvish champions :/

I think these are the same packs that people have pulled the broodmate promo from. It doesn't say vintage on it though.
The cards in the packs were pretty poor sadly. I wouldn't even bother trying in this case.

Supply will eventually dry up. There are plenty of dragon collectors out there. Not so much when it comes to griffon or giant collectors.

I don't feel like taking chances opening packs, so I just bought one for $28, it it goes down more so be it, I've wanted one for awhile now anyway.

They're $11 and they come with 3 out of print magic packs.
