I have a playset of the Judge promos and a playset of Tempest which includes a Korean, German, Japanese and a MPR Foil.

Una Fricker refuses to respond to any form of contact, so that seems to be a dead end.

Carl Critchlow currently will not sign cards through the mail, and for now, is not making any appearances anywhere.

I have been in contact with him for awhile now, and have bought signed artist proofs from him multiple times, each time begging him to be allowed to send him the Wastelands to sign, at which point now he just ignores the request.

Now I know, if I move a playset, whatever one I end up moving will be of the artist that decides to let me send them to them.

Valakut and Boros are still tier 1. U/B control is starting to make a come back, and Kibler's U/B infect deck is borderline tier 1 as well.

The deck skeletons are still the same, but just like legacy, new tech are created to counter previous tech, and the cycle goes on.

The problem with this is retaliatory refs make this type of system less likely to have honest feedback. If I give someone the 3 that they deserve for various problems, it also means that I am more likely to get a 3 back out of spite, so rather than opting not to bother with a ref from someone who's likely to be banned sooner or later, I have to risk a bad ref from an unhappy trader or lie and make them sound like a good trader?

Maybe I misread, but it sounds like he's saying that neither one of the traders get to see what ref was left for them, until both ref checkers are filled out. So there is no chance for retaliatory refs. The way it is right now, people can do that.
