It's been dead since week 2 pretty much. I haven't been more bored with an angle in a really, really long time. __________________ MOTL's Most Likely to Play in the Pro Tour - Three Years Running for 2007, 2008, and 2009 (My Nationals) Co-Founder of Long Island's Newest Vintage Team - Team of Towers Cracking the Top 100 Ref Count - 4/1/10 (Currently #92)

The main problem with the angle is that it involves 7 rookies who don't have the talent or experience to do well in 1 on 1, handicap, and tag matches. Nexus is failing where the 4 Horsemen, nWo, DX, and Evolution succeeded. Edit: Orton vs Sheamus for the WWE Title at Summer Slam should be good

I hate you and everything that comes out of your mouth michael coleWith that out of the way, that ending tonight was pretty cool. Would have preferred to see Evan Bourne or HHH (would have been fine to go by Summerslam) instead of Bret Hart, however, still a pretty cool reveal

I agree with stu. This is the first time since the Nexus started that I have actually scene promise in the storyline. Too bad it took this long. I was actually smiling at the end of tonight's episode. 1.) I knew a truce would form with someone and the Nexus, but I never ever thought that Cena would have asked for it. Took me by surprise. 2.) I was ecstatic when Cena announced what he did at the end of the broadcast. That group is awesome, and to see Bret Hart there...that was sweet. Definitely would have liked to see Evan Bourne as well, but a good group nonetheless, especially since there doesn't seem to be any REAL indepth rivalries or conflicts of interest (what I mean is it has the ability to work because even if they don't get along, there won't be much inner termoil in Cen'as group), except for maybe Edge/Jericho, but Jericho might get past it considering the way Barrett doubletimed him. __________________ -Schmitty 5th in Refs [184] in OH-IO (Catching up to xion_black) 2nd in Posts [5304] in OH-IO (Have a long way to go to catch Val)

If HHH is ready by SummerSlam, he'll interfere and cost Sheamus the title. But that's IF he's recovered from his surgery by then. So it's going to be Team Slappy vs Nexus at SS. 7 established stars and mid carders vs 7 rookies screams repeat of Bret Hart vs Vince at WM26. The Nexus angle still sucks, and it's still dead.

HHH isn't going to comeback by summerslam i heard he torn his acl again which took him out of action for 5-9 months worth but they could surpise us all. Nxt storyline sucks they never get beat up or nothing happens to them,i agree the storyline is poorly done with them..wat nexts nxt 2 guys helping them out lol I think wwe needs to stop pushing people that ain't getting over with the crowd like the miz, drew mc,the hart family team & etc....i see rating going to 1.9 soon __________________ Charlie Dera Accept The MMA Fight at KOTC or Don't Label Urself As A MMA FighterR.I.P Lucky (1997-2003). Miz and McIntyre are about as over as a heal can be. They're getting better and better in ring, and they're both very good on the mic. They both draw a ton of heat (except for Miz on Raw tonight, but fans hate Sheamus more than Miz). WWE's pushing the future in Miz and McIntyre. As for the Hart Dynasty, WWE has decided that the tag team division is useless, and undeserving of any real star teams. This is one of two areas where TNA is head and shoulders above WWE (the other being the women's division).

The problem with the Nexus storyline is that it was hit by a series of unfortunate events. First the guy that could wrestle the best was released due to sponsors freaking out over choking. Then HHH reinjures himself so he can't come back. Third Smackdown is in limbo waiting to go over to Scfy so they can't really do anything on that show, making it a Raw centric angle. Really, Cenas "super team" should be something like Cena, Edge, Jericho, HHH, Orton or Miz, Kane, UT, CM Punk w/Bret Hart managing vs. the original 8 w/ who ever is behind the Nexus managing. Could the booking be better? yes but I don't put the total blame on creative shoulders on this one. Or maybe they'll pull a twist at SS and end it at survivor series. __________________ Born in America land of the free, for the right price that's how it will be. -MF Grimm

Love the Kane storyline. Love the "Cena get mad and wreck face" storyline. I like where they're taking NXT for now...P.S. Don't be surprised if someone on Cena's team drops to be replaced by Bryan Danielson. That would be an AWESOME swerve. __________________ Tha Gunslinga: People are moron. ----------------- nderdog: Why do I have a feeling that people wouldn't be so interested in checking out new hobbies if it didn't involve boobies? ----------------- Co-Champion - 2009 MOTL Fantasy Football 2nd Place - 2003 MOTL Fantasy Football

So Team Cena has problems before their big match which will turn out to be a swerve to "throw off" Nexus. Wow, I've never seen that before (nWo Hollywood vs nWo Wolfpack and nWo 2000 just to name a couple).

The "Who done it" angle with Kane, Mysterio, and Undertaker on Smackdown is not only a better angle, but it's been executed a hell of a lot better too. Nexus got stale after three weeks of gang attacks and run ins at two straight PPVs. And great PPVs don't have two title matches end in a DQ

Fixed. Seriously, if TNA doesn't beat the ratings for "season 3" (which will be 4 weeks, tops) then TNA really, really is in trouble. None of the divas interest me, except maybe seeing what a 6'9" diva would actually look like. The problem is, the only matchup I would want to see with her involves no diva or knockout, but the ladies of SHIMMER. __________________ MOTL's Most Likely to Play in the Pro Tour - Three Years Running for 2007, 2008, and 2009 (My Nationals) Cracking the Top 100 Ref Count - 4/1/10 (Currently #88)

I was surprised Alex Riley didn't win the second season.I think Kaval had the support of the fans. As for Season 3, a 6'9" chic? Are you kidding me? THat is RIDICULOUS. __________________ -Schmitty 5th in Refs [184] in OH-IO (Catching up to xion_black) 2nd in Posts [5304] in OH-IO (Have a long way to go to catch Val)
